Oregon Coast Weaving Retreat

The Workshop: My teaching style focuses on breaking down complex techniques into specific easily learnable steps, while encouraging intuitive exploration and risk taking by providing an abundance of wild and luscious materials - a huge stash of luxurious boutique, hand-spun and hand-dyed yarns and up-cycled fabrics.

This is an expanded version of my popular 5 hour Weaving Wall Hanging Workshop, but with several more techniques taught - about 7 total, with many more special materials - like hand-dyed indigo upcycled fibers and yarns, and featuring hand-spun yarns grown from sheep on two neighboring farms, supporting local economies: hand-spun Icelandic wool from Lance's Farm Vittles and hand-spun Targhee wool from Meadow Harvest Farm.

And this retreat has a generosity of time - more than 10+ hours at your loom - to really go deep into your design and weaving process.
